CURRENT AND PAST BOOKS FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN PERFORMANCE RESEARCH

Over the past thirty five years an extensive library of books, journals, posters and programmes has been collected at the CPR. This collection is now well on the way to becoming a living resource for CPR members to make full use of. It has now been catalogued and indexed and is being transferred onto a computer cataloguing programme.

As well as containing extensive collections of familiar texts ranging from Stanislavski to Craig, from Artaud to Copeau, there are also collections of material that can not be found elsewhere. Extensive collections of material on Kathakali, Kunju Theatre, Pansori Opera, Balinese Dance are placed alongside the more traditional material to provide a broad-ranging and comprehensive living resource.
